It is a massive 168 pages that covers food, mental health, sleep, fitness, sugar addiction, nutrition and psychology. It also includes 27 recipes that are all very good for you. It looks at why sleep is so important, how to build mindfulness and meditation into our day and how you can become strong and healthy without having to endure weight lifting in a gym!
The recipes include main meals, savoury snacks and sugar free treats. All the recipes are gluten and refined sugar free and many are dairy free and nut free too.
